Lawrence M. Adelman

Lawrence Adelman, Principal, has a 20-plus year successful track record in corporate restructuring and hands-on operating experience at underperforming companies. Mr. Adelman has extensive operating experience, including serving as President of a $450 million marketing/fulfillment company and Chief Restructuring Officer for a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Prior to co-founding AEG Partners where he is a principal, Mr. Adelman founded Alliance Capital Group, Inc, which successfully orchestrated the restructuring of over 50 middle market companies, and previously ran a furniture retailer. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois.

Craig S. Dean

Mr. Dean, Principal, has extensive background working with underperforming companies, managing business turnarounds, and other corporate leadership roles. Prior to joining AEG Partners where he is a principal and has lead numerous restructurings, Mr. Dean was President and CEO of thebizbank.com. Earlier, he served as President and founding partner of BankAmerica International Investment Corporation the bank's private equity arm focused on international investments. Mr. Dean is an active member of the World Presidents' Organization and The Economics Club of Chicago. Mr. Dean holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Charles T. Price

Charles Price, Principal of Access Value Investors LLC, has over 35 years of experience as both a corporate executive and a practicing attorney representing clients in a variety of industries nationwide. His practice includes advising clients on employee and labor implications of corporate sales, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, plant closures and relocations. He has extensive experience in improving financial performance through expense reductions and organizational restructuring. Mr. Price was president and publisher of the Chicago Sun-Times and executive vice president of the Sun-Times Co., overseeing the operations of the Sun-Times and 57 community newspapers. He is former chairman and currently a member of the Board of Governors of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago. He holds a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
